Shagrath at the Oregon Country Fair! With his lovely maidens.
This puppet was a collaboration with my father, Tim Wahl who helped design the interior structure.
He is Shagrath, the Hermit Billygoat King. He is a shy and ancient earth god of nature and fertility. He seldom makes appearances, but when he does he is almost always accompanied by his Billygoat Maidens, to attend festivals & feasts!
